2. Print & Mail the Application Download the official Virginia Absentee Ballot Application. Fill out Sections 1, 2, 4, and 8 (only the last 4 digits of your Social Security number are required). Mail the completed form to:

   By mailing the completed application to us, you authorize VA Voter Action to collect and deliver it to the Montgomery County Registrar on your behalf.
